We are a full-scale real estate and hotel asset management operator.               

We are also a development, consulting and investment platform, mainly operating in Western Europe.   

                                 
Strategic Hospitality partners with different kind of investors according to the risk/reward profile of its targets/acquisitions.   
Therefore, lower risk investments might gather family offices or HNWI, while higher risk/reward acquisitions or turnaround situations will be undertaken with private equity firms.                                                                                                           

On mature and low volatility operations, we will partner with institutional investors.
Depending on each opportunity’s features and on its co-investors’ expectations, we will use different levels of debt leverage.      In order to secure this, Strategic Hospitality often solicits specialized lenders in the countries where the property or portfolio is located.

The group’s specificity is its ability and vast expertise to get actively involved with its hotels’ operations, unlike traditional hotels and real estate investors.


Our business model overall creates value at several stages of the acquisition process and throughout the holding period.

We invest in hotels and have them operated, under a franchise - or asset manage them, under a management agreement.

We target investments in underperforming hotels in strategic locations, where we then refurbish, restructure  and reposition the properties.    
    
Our overall goal is to generate superior long-term risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders.

Asset Management

Strategic Hospitality’s Asset Management team  ensures an adequate level of investor protection by closely following

(i) their real estate investments, (ii) third party managers’ operational performances as well as (iii) maximizing investor cash flows and return on investment.

Through our 3rd party operator partners, we sign long-term and revenue based leases, which provide income stability and reduced risk to our own shareholders and/or third-party owners
We closely partner - and have  preferred management status, with most major hotel brands.
For each of the acquired or contracted assets, we select the particular brand that best fits the market position, operations and profile of that particular hotel site.
